Refund and Returns Policy

What Is the Refund Policy?

The Blending Cultures believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore follows a customer-friendly cancellation, return, replacement, and refund policy.

Please read the following terms carefully.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.

• However, a cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendor/merchant and the shipping process has been initiated.

• The Blending Cultures does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items, such as flowers, eatables, or similar products.

• For perishable items, a refund or replacement may be considered if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.

Reasons for Returns, Refunds & Replacements

1. Damaged or Defective Products

In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please report the issue to our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving the product.

The request will be reviewed after the merchant/vendor has inspected and verified the reported issue at their end. Based on the verification, an appropriate resolution may be provided.

2. Product Not as Described

If you believe that the product received is different from what was shown on the website or does not reasonably match the product description, you must notify our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving the product.

Our Customer Service Team will review your complaint and, based on the circumstances and applicable product/merchant policy, take an appropriate decision regarding a return, replacement, or refund.

3. Manufacturer Warranty

For products that are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, any warranty-related complaint should be referred directly to the respective manufacturer or authorised service provider, as applicable.

4. Refund Processing

In case a refund is approved by The Blending Cultures, the refund will be processed according to the applicable refund procedure and payment method.

How Long Does It Take for a Refund?

Once your return or refund request has been approved, the refund will generally be processed within 5–7 business days.

The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method used while placing the order.

Please note that the exact time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or other payment service provider.

Important Note

Customers are advised to report any issue with the delivered product within the applicable 7-day reporting period. Requests received after the specified period may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
