However, if your artifact arrives damaged, defective, or noticeably different from its description, our comprehensive buyer protection policy ensures an effortless resolution.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Dispute Window: You may initiate a return or exchange dispute within 7 days of delivery receipt.
• Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition with all authenticity tags, guild certificates, and luxury vault boxes intact.
• Custom Commissions: Bespoke custom-engraved pieces are covered under full replacement guarantee in case of transit damage or manufacturing defect.

2. Simple 3-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Request: Visit your Orders tab and select Raise Dispute, or email support@theblendingcultures.com.
2. 24-Hour Review: Our dispute governance team reviews every claim within 24 hours and issues a prepaid insured pickup label.
3. Insured Pickup & Refund: Delhivery Express collects the package. Your refund is credited to your original payment method within 48 to 72 business hours.
