Shipping & Delivery Policy

At The Blending Cultures, we take great care to ensure that your handcrafted and cultural products reach you safely and on time. Below is our shipping and delivery policy for both domestic and international orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.

As many of our products are handmade or sourced from artisans, processing times may vary slightly. In case of any unexpected delay, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

2. Domestic Shipping — Within India

Delivery Time: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Shipping Partners: Trusted courier and logistics providers
Tracking: Tracking details will be shared once the order has been shipped

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner, public holidays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. International Shipping

Delivery Time: 10–20 business days after dispatch
Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and package size
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges according to the regulations of the destination country.

Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges and must be borne by the customer.

The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable import regulations in their destination country.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the relevant tracking details.

You can track your shipment using the tracking link or tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Customs clearance delays
Courier or logistics issues
Weather conditions
Regional restrictions
Public holidays
Other unforeseen circumstances

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@theblendingcultures.com. Our team will assist you promptly.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and other delivery details are accurate and complete at the time of placing your order.

The Blending Cultures is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address or contact details provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or the recipient's unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery, where applicable.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, opened, or visibly tampered with, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue, please provide:

Clear photographs of the damaged package
Photographs of the product received
Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the information and coordinate with the relevant courier or merchant to determine an appropriate resolution.
